We had an amazing experience at this park! The safety measures for children are top-notch, with staff closely monitoring all activities. As a parent, I felt very comfortable letting my child play. The bathrooms were impressively clean, which is always a big plus! We also hosted a birthday party here, and it was fantastic. The party was well-organized, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Most importantly, the kids had a blast, and the team was incredibly helpful throughout. We come here regularly - daughter has a monthly pass and it is used regularly. Great activity to burn energy in a 3 year old. Toddler hour (Saturdays @ 0900) is a great way to keep things a little bit more calm with the kids as it is general up to 5yo. We just had a birthday party for our 3 year old and we were very pleased. Pleased with our host who was helpful, organized and able to give us timely updates of pizza, help us with cake in fridges, quick easy refills. Initially there was a mix up with our reservation, but they were able to get everything fixed and proper. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. we had a large party of non-jumpers and they were well occupied in the seating areas etc watching the kids. It's a great time for kids of all ages. My sons always have a blast here. I had my oldest sons last birthday here, and it went smoothly. Although, it's a real shame how expensive it's gotten. I'd bring my kids a lot more if it didn't cost so much. It would be nice if they offered some kind of annual deal. ...Read More
