Best place for kids. It’s HUGE and there is so much for kids to do. On a side note, i sprained my ankle there. The staff were so kind and helpful. They let me stay there for as long as i wanted, helped me watching my kids and gave me a full refund. They were cracking jokes and making sure i was okay. They got me ice and stayed by my side. When it came time for me to leave they helped me get my kids out and made sure i got to my car safely. I am at an awe i am so thankful for how kind they were. Very nice place. The staff is kind and attentive, but unluckily there were some spots closed for people. My daughter went to a birthday party and she had a blast... Special socks are needed, and also the fluor shirts because they turn off the light to UV and everything glows. ...Read More

It was a great time for the kids, lots to do, great exercise, nice staff. Lost a star for the following reasons: 1. It was HOT in there. Idk if the heat was on or if the ventilation is no good, but we walked in and it had to be at LEAST 78. 2. Cost: it's expensive. All of these places are, but this place in particular is pricey. 3. Unclear check in instructions for first timers. I didn't see signage (if I missed it I apologize) and didn't think to look online before coming sooo we waited in a long line, then was told to go back to the computers by the door and to the waiver.... then wait in line AGAIN. It wasted over 30 min and my kids were miserable and I was about to say screw it and leave 😂 These aren't huge things, just constructive criticism. All in all, I apluad the young workers because they're wonderful and lord knows working with humans in general is hard - but working with sugared up kids and their tired parents is another level! ...Read More
